3. Products

We sell custom print-on-demand apparel and accessories.

As every product is produced specifically after an order is placed:

• Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.
• Product images are for illustration purposes.
• Minor variations in print position, colour and garment sizing are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.

4. Ordering

An order is only accepted once you receive an Order Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product availability.
• Pricing errors.
• Suspected fraud.
• Inappropriate or unlawful custom artwork.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may change without notice but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges outside the United Kingdom.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before production begins.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Production Time

As products are made to order:

• Production usually takes between 7-14 days.
• Delivery estimates begin after production has been completed.
• Delays caused by suppliers, couriers or events beyond our control may occur.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

8. Shipping

Delivery times depend upon destination and courier services.

Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before ordering.

We cannot accept responsibility for:

• Incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
• Delays caused by customs.
• Courier delays outside our control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Non-Custom Products

Where applicable, customers may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Print-on-Demand Products

Because products are made specifically to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size ordered.
• Change of mind.
• Preference of colour.
• Buyer's remorse.

10. Sizing

Customers are responsible for checking the sizing guide before ordering.

We do not offer refunds for garments ordered in the wrong size.

Your statutory rights are not affected.  

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, branding, logos, website content and designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

12. Customer Submitted Designs

If customers upload artwork, they confirm they:

• Own the rights to use the design.
• Have permission from the copyright holder.
• Are not infringing trademarks or intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that we believe:

• Infringes copyright.
• Contains hate speech.
• Is offensive.
• Is unlawful.
• Is defamatory.
• Contains explicit material.

Customers agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork they submit.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack the website.
• Upload malicious software.
• Interfere with website operation.
• Use automated systems to scrape data.
• Commit fraudulent activity.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected order.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including:

• Loss of profits.

• Emotional distress arising from delayed delivery.
